Our motto: We drink bad wines, so you don't have to. Silenus (my shadow as it were) and I taste and report on a lot of wines, generally under $15 (and in some cases equipment) to give the reader a picture of what might be tasty.

Wine for this site is really about living life and having fun. Not about stuffy reviews that talk about minute murky details. Mostly if the wine is tasty or cheap (sorry, inexpensive), what's the likely pairings, or is this just a great sipping wine? Does it trip your light fantastic and that of your friends? Or may hap someone you want to impress, like your boss or soon to be significant other?

We attempt to describe what's not always easily describable, which hopefully will give you a better feel for finding that perfect wine. But, at the end of the day, only you can decide if you like a wine or not. So, go drink some!
