Beringer Founders' Estate 2007 Pinot Noir France

It's a perfectly serviceable wine, but it seems, at least for me to lack some punch. Good for serving at dinner though.

It's a clear, bright, if medium to light, ruby to violet colored wine with some faint structure to it. There are some wispy berry notes to the wine that follow through to your palette, as well as some moderate acidity here with well modulated tannins that lead to a nice finish and good balence. Surprisingly, it actually seemed better the second day than the first, with some aeration both days. Better for dinner than sipping, I think.
