Ah, my first ever solo gig under my own monicker, and what do I review? Cheap Swill! As the drunken lecher here, I somehow feel it's my job to sample, and review on, the best of the worst (and the worst of the worst). And, boy is this one! It's a California wine in a tempting price point so maybe that explains the lack of ... It shouldn't be drunk by itself. Alone it's tart and bitter, but combined with roasted chicken, blue cheese, and avocado, it's surprisingly good. Which is generally the key with cheap wine, find a complement to overcome its swill shortcomings. The boys might groan, but they will drink it. I can't identify any sprite, nymph or even human tart that would put up with this. Bacchus speak:

califonia cabernet sauvignon 2005
an enjoyable wine, none too sweet nor too bitter. my sister ( who knows much more about wine then myself),and i shared our first bottle of bohemian highway, which has not been our last. my sister and i share in our delight for the california cabernet sauvignon 05'.
[Uhm... I can't figure out if this is an industry hit or not? Did someone working for this winery post this? We'll leave the comment up, as it is mildly amusing.]
