Overall it’s a pleasant sipping wine and ok with a lighter dinner. I’m partial to lighter reds, and this one fits the bill! It’s a clear, bright, ruby-violet color with a somewhat thin structure. There is a pleasant bouquet, with a definite medium intensity berry notes to this wine. There isn’t a lot of tannins and acidity which for me makes for a nice drinking wine. The balance is good and the finish somewhat medium. Overall, the kind of wine that makes a good starter for your wine flight. Not bad with dinner either, if there isn’t a heavy one.
