DrySack NV Sherry (medium) Spain

A sherry that falls somewhere in dryness between Alfonso Oloroso Seco (a very dry one) and the Solara 1847 Oloroso Dulce (rather sweet). With this wine leaning heavily toward the Alfonso, no matter what the label says

It's a clear, bright lovely amber colored wine and although the bottle said medium, the taste buds say dry with a hint of sweetness. There is some dried fruit/fig taste here as well although a bit on the thin side. Otherwise a rather good sherry but you still might be thrown by how dry it is and expecting more sweetness to this one.
