A reasonably nice organic wine at a reasonable price. If it only had a bit more taste, it would get a better grade. It's a clear, bright straw-yellow wine that's rather on the pale side. There's some nice fruit notes (think apple and pea here) with a nice balance if a short finish. It's biggest problem seems to be lacking in the taste department. It's all there, you just wish (or at least I did) that there was a little more intensity. I guess I'm saying it comes off a bit flat. It's a wine better for sipping than dinner. Full Circle |
