Larmarca Prosecco NV Italy

Well frankly, not the apple, white peach or honeysuckle of my eye, bottle blurb not withstanding. An OK Prosecco at best.

A very pale yellow colored wine. Dry to be sure. with some fruitiness but not much else. The dryness prevails. There is however a very good initial bubble production that might mitigate some of the short comings. This bubble production falls off dramatically after about 5 minutes or so. Best perhaps as part of a Mimosa.

The Zonin Prosecco reported on here might be a better choice....For drinking anyway...
