A better Sauvignon Blanc than most I've tasted. There's some real flavor here, at least for me. It's a clear, bright if pale (but it is a blanc after all) straw yellow color, with some nice citrus notes, think grapefruit mostly for your nose and palete. A somewhat dry wine with good balance if a little heavy on the acidity side with a very clean finish. Good for sipping on a hot Texas day! Oyster Bay |
