It's a pretty tasty wine, if a bit pricey. But as I didn't pay for the bottle, it made my enjoyment all the sweeter.
It's a clear, bright, medium to deep colored violet wine. There are plenty of berry notes for your nose and palette too, along with perhaps a hint of pepper or spice to zing things up a bit. Not especially acidic or astringent coupled with some very smooth tannins gives this wine good balance and a medium finish. A lot better for sipping, but OK for the right dinner too.
That's pretty! Definitely a sipping wine. Very good to sit there and get quietly plastered on. Which can be used to your advantage. Imbibe with a sophisticated lady and your chances of mutual pleasure are greatly enhanced.

Bottle Information:
"The grapes for this exceptional wine were harvested from old vine Grenache vineyards that cling to rugged terrain on the slopes of the famous Moncayo mountain. Low yields of less than two tons per acre produce a rich deeply colored and aromatic wine with concentrted flavors of blackberries, strawberries and nuances of leather, vanilla and plums."
