Domecq NV Sherry Spain

A likeable sherry and the price is right too. Although the bottle says chill it a bit, I really enjoy more when it's closer to room temperature.

Gnarly Head 2007 Old Vine Zin California

Tasty and cheap, but check the review for perhaps a few better choices.

Vino Borgia 2008 Grenache Spain

It tastes good. I can see whiling away an afternoon and a bottle at the same time or just having a glass with a hearty lunch. And I believe Jorge Ordonez is becoming my personal hero, as he selects some of the best cheap wines I know...

Simi 2006 Zinfandel California

A good effort, but for the money perhaps you might try the Ironstone Old Vine Zinfandel (2008) or Zinfatuation (2005), a World Market exclusive. Both are about $10.

Solera 1847 NV Sherry Oloroso Dulce Spain

A possible and cheaper replacement for the 10 year port you might be drinking these days. This one too is aged in oak for 10 years, and to good effect apparently, judging from my taste buds!
