Cabernet Sauvignon

Pennywise and perhaps pound foolish. A relatively capable wine, and relatively cheap.

A nicely dry Cab. But it requires some "air" time. Think about 15 minutes at the very least.

For the price, a rather smooth Cab, if a week tasting one.

Not a terrible wine. It's drinkable, but just not memorable.

I've not been a fan of Texas wines, but this Cab has changed my mind. A friend and I emptied a bottle in less than half an hour it was so good.
