Zinfandel
Tasty and cheap, but check the review for perhaps a few better choices. |

A good effort, but for the money perhaps you might try the Ironstone Old Vine Zinfandel (2008) or Zinfatuation (2005), a World Market exclusive. Both are about $10. |

A rather tasty wine, I must say! |

I tried this wine in it's 2005 incarnation. Apparently, to my happy surprise, nothing much has changed. It's still a pretty darn good tasty Zin. In 2005 I recommended it breath for 15 minutes, or use an aerator, which still goes today. And the best news? It seems to be cheaper! |

Notes from a recent wine tasting: Dry, but with some nice berry notes, with some good deep color. And a real cork if that's important to you. And Silenus rates this one (when we could prop him up): C+ Grade: C+ Price: $17 Kunde Zinfandel 2005 |
